Booking process

Your personal data will be transmitted when you place your booking. This data is necessary in order to carry out the booking. The legal basis for processing personal data is the necessity to fulfil a contract. We process the following personal data in the ordering process:

- Surname
– Address details
– Contact details
– Booking data
– Payment details
– Message (if applicable)

Distribution to cinemas

Your personal data (name, address and contact details as well as your booking) will be forwarded to the selected cinema so that the booking can be made. You will then be a direct customer of the cinema. The cinema will then be responsible and obliged to handle your personal data. If you have any questions about how the cinema handles your data, you should contact the cinema directly.
